South King Fire & Rescue
Peer Fitness Trainers

Peer Fitness Trainers are here to improve your health and wellness, and to keep you on the path to a gratifying and fulfilling career and beyond. If your department does not have a Peer Fitness Program, but you would like to work with a Peer Fitness Trainer to improve your health and wellness, please contact one of these kind people. Working with a Peer Fitness Trainer, you will be able to make a nutrition strategy, organize your fitness goals and program, and prioritize other places in your life (like sleep) to optimize your health. Peer Fitness Trainers are selected in various ways by different departments, but all of them share the common goal of health for our members. Many are certified personal trainers, some have taken specialized courses, and their varying interests and experiences provide an array of choices to match your needs.
